Former WWE boss Vince McMahon made a rare public appearance at Madison Square Garden on Monday, watching the New York Knicks defeat the Miami Heat 116-95.
The 79-year-old was spotted courtside during the St Patrick's Day NBA clash, sporting a new look with his previously noted moustache now gone.
McMahon, who was dressed in a green suit jacket and shirt, also displayed grey streaks at the front of his hair, prompting one fan to nickname him "Vincent Kruella McMahon".
During the broadcast, McMahon was simply referred to as a "former wrestling promoter", a description that caught the attention of WWE fans on social media.
"That 'Former wrestling promotor' is so strange to see as well", wrote one fan who also noted McMahon looked "broken".

McMahon has been somewhat of a recluse since being accused of sexual assault and trafficking by former WWE employee Janel Grant in January last year.
He initially retired in 2022, but returned to oversee the merger of WWE and UFC into TKO Group Holdings.
McMahon then resigned from WWE's parent company in January 2024 after Grant filed a federal lawsuit accusing him of serious sexual misconduct.
Despite his resignation, McMahon retains a 9.88% ownership stake in TKO Group Holdings, though he has no voting rights.
