A guest in the GB News studio gave former Labour adviser Matthew Torbitt a grilling this evening.
Oscar, a GB News guest, said: "With the Axel Rudakabana, a risk with the riots. He should have addressed his links to Al Qaeda with the ricin earlier; that was a big mistake. What do you think about that in relation to Keir Starmer?"
Former Labour adviser Matthew Tobitt said: "I think there were a lot of mistakes made in that situation regarding Starmer. Yes. I don’t know his reasons for sitting on it. I haven’t spoken to Keir Starmer about it, so I don't know what he thought. I believe the idea was that he didn’t want to cause further tensions. Whether he called that wrong, I don’t know."
Bev Turner said: "Also, just to correct, the radical attack was actually deemed not a terrorist offense in the end. I'm glad you got that wrong, because otherwise, I thought I might be swapping places with you and I'd be going to put the kettle on. Ladies and gentlemen."
