GB News host Nana Akua has taken aim at body positivity influencer George Keywood, claiming he has "done nothing" to achieve his staggering weight loss results.

Keywood, who is currently taking the weight loss jab Mounjaro, revealed he has lost 25kg since starting his treatment.
