Ukraine and Russia have settled on a deal following talks with top US diplomats in Saudi Arabia.

Ukraine's defence minister Rustem Umerov said that Kyiv has agreed to "ensure safe navigation, eliminate the use of force, and prevent the use of commercial vessels for military purposes in the Black Sea".

The news has followed after the US has confirmed the Kremlin has agreed to safe navigation in the Black Sea.
