KitKat has unveiled its biggest transformation in nearly 90 years with the exclusive launch of three new sharing bars at Tesco stores across the UK, the retailer has announced.
The iconic chocolate brand, known for its four-finger design since 1935, is introducing a revolutionary two-column sharing format.
"Oooooh I have to sample them all!!" shared another chocolate lover, while others simply stated they "Can't wait to try them."
The new 99g bars mark a significant departure from KitKat's traditional design that has remained largely unchanged for almost nine decades.

Nestlé, the maker of KitKat, said the new design has been created to make it "easier to create moments of connection" between people sharing the chocolate bar.
The historic change comes after Rowntree's of York first launched the four-finger bar, which was reportedly created following a worker's suggestion to make a chocolate bar that would fit in a man's work bag.
The new sharing bars are available in three flavours: double chocolate, salted caramel and hazelnut.
Tesco is offering the 99g bars at £1.35 with a Clubcard, or £1.50 at regular price until March 24.
The bars can be found in larger Tesco stores, online, Express outlets and through the Whoosh delivery service, though the special pricing excludes Whoosh orders.
A Nestlé spokesperson highlighted that the bars offer "a unique, and multi-sensory eating experience" with "light and creamy fillings and chocolate that melts effortlessly in the mouth."
The new design has already sparked enthusiasm among chocolate lovers on social media, with one fan commenting: "Oooooh I have to sample them all!!"
Another customer shared: "Waiting impatiently for my local to put them on the shelves. Says they are in stock."

The redesign represents a significant shift for the brand, which has maintained its signature four-finger format since its creation by Rowntree's of York.
The Nestlé spokesperson emphasised the "exceptional experience" created by the contrast in textures in the new bars.
They also highlighted the "stunning swirled effect created by the marbled coating" as a key feature of the new design.
The transformation of the iconic British chocolate comes as Nestlé announced the discontinuation of its vegan KitKat due to insufficient sales.
The plant-based version, which launched in 2021, will only remain available "until the summer" across its 15 European markets, including the UK, France and Denmark.
