British shoppers have been warned that Bubble Tea Cups sold at Next pose a "burn risk" as they lack appropriate instructions and warnings about hot drinks.
The products were deemed unsafe by the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS).

Product Description: Covered cups with straws in three designs: Brights Mango, Kawai Strawberry, and Santa
The OPSS explained: "The instructions provided indicate that the bubble tea should be made with hot water, but do not warn users that they should allow the drink to cool before drinking it.
"The drink could be too hot to drink through a straw and may result in the user receiving burns/scalds."
Officials confirmed the products do not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
Shoppers were told to take urgent action regarding these products, with the OPSS telling Britons to "stop using the products immediately".
To protect shoppers, the products have also been withdrawn from the market. For further details, shoppers can access the Next recall site.
As an extra safety precaution, affected customers were advised to return them to their nearest Next store for a full refund.
Those who purchased the products online should dispose of them straight away. Their Nextpay (credit) account will be credited in full for the item. 'Pay Now’ (cash) customers will receive a full refund to their original payment method.
In an official notice to customers, Next stated: "If you have given this item as a gift, please ask the recipient to contact Next as soon as possible on 0333 777 8000."
