GB News’s Stephen Dixon has reacted with fury after triple killer Kyle Clifford was allowed to shun the dock treatment at his sentencing hearing.

The 26-year-old was sentenced at Cambridge Crown Court yesterday for murdering his ex-partner Louise Hunt, 25, her sister Hannah Hunt, 28, and their mother Carol Hunt, 61.

The judge described him as a “jealous man soaked in self-pity, who holds women in utter contempt”.

Speaking on the People’s Channel, Stephen did not hold back as he reacted to Clifford’s absence from the dock.

“I think there is an argument to say the law needs to be changed. Labour says it is looking into that.

“It can be quite difficult because you’ve got to respect the human rights of the prisoner and how you handle them. They should be strapped to a gurney and wheeled in.

“If they’re getting all mouthy, put a mask on them.”

He added: “You don’t want to hurt them or damage them, but quite why they can’t be forcibly taken in and made to listen to their own sentencing?”

The attack took place on July 9 last year when Clifford went to the home of his former girlfriend.

He first killed Carol Hunt, who the judge said "showed you nothing but kindness in the moments before you attacked her".

Clifford then raped and killed Louise Hunt, who had been "as gentle as she could in ending her relationship with you".

He also murdered Hannah Hunt, who the judge said "had done nothing to harm you save supporting her little sister".

Both John Hunt, BBC racing commentator and husband of Carol, and their surviving daughter Amy delivered emotional victim impact statements in Clifford's absence.
