Police have launched a manhunt for a suspect connected to multiple crimes including five attempted burglaries and a violent car-jacking.
The incidents occurred in the early hours of December 6, 2024, in the Henllys area of Cwmbran.
Gwent Police have released doorbell camera footage in hopes of identifying the suspect, who remains at large despite various lines of enquiry being pursued.
The suspect is wanted in connection with both the attempted break-ins and a subsequent assault during a car robbery.
The attempted burglaries took place at five different addresses along Pant Yr Heol Close and Laburnam Drive between 4.10am and 4.30am.
Gwent Police have shared ring doorbell footage of the incidents in an effort to jog public memory.
"We're sharing ring doorbell footage in the hope that it may help with our investigation," a Gwent Police spokesman said.
The suspect's actions during this 20-minute period would soon be followed by a more serious incident nearby.

At approximately 4.40am, a driver of a red Nissan Qashqai was targeted on Henllys Way after stopping at road traffic cones.
The victim was threatened and assaulted by the suspect, who then stole the vehicle.
The stolen Qashqai was later discovered abandoned on nearby Perthy Close.
Police confirmed the victim sustained a minor hand injury during the incident.
The suspect is described as a white man, approximately 5'11" tall, with a slim build, believed to be in his late twenties to early thirties.
He was wearing a distinctive dark-coloured, long-sleeved puffer-style jacket with a hood at the time of the incidents.
Police noted the suspect had his face partially concealed with a mask covering up to his eyes.
Investigators have confirmed that this description matches both the car-jacking suspect and the person responsible for the attempted burglaries.
