A troublesome council tenant has been slapped with an injunction after a streak of aggressive behaviour towards neighbours, council staff and contractors.
Shamaine Proctor, 30, from Philip Street in Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, was hauled before magistrates following complaints about her conduct.
The council tenant appeared at North Staffordshire Justice Centre - where magistrates ruled she had acted aggressively.
Council leaders have stated the action sends a "strong message" that such behaviour from tenants will not be tolerated in our communities.
The injunction specifically prohibits Proctor from behaving in an anti-social manner towards her neighbours and local authority staff.
She has also been ordered to ensure her dog is "properly managed" as part of the conditions.
Magistrates have ordered Proctor to pay costs of £1,017 to the local authority following the proceedings.
The legal action follows what has been described as "abusive and threatening behaviour" which had caused significant distress to those living nearby and to public servants carrying out their duties.
