Former Miss Scotland Lucy Thomson has been found guilty of assaulting two security guards and racially abusing one of them at the Edinburgh City 7s rugby tournament.
The 26-year-old was fined £790 after a court heard she bit two security guards and used racial slurs during the incident.
Thomson reportedly shouted "do you know who I am?" before biting Andrew Okpaje's hand and calling him the n-word while being removed from the competition.
She also allegedly yelled about having "so much money" in her account during the altercation.
The former beauty queen denies the charges and claims she was the one who was assaulted.
Security guard Andrew Okpaje told the court that Thomson began "fighting back" as he attempted to remove her from the premises.
"We were holding her and trying to be as gentle as possible and as I had my arm up she went to bite it. It left a mark on my hand," he said.
Okpaje described his shock at what happened next.
"I looked at her in shock and then she proceed to call me the 'n' word. She looked directly at me and with confidence she said 'f*** you then, you f***ing n*****r'," he testified.
He added: "I hadn't heard the word said to me in a while. It was quite a shock when it happened. It was pretty horrible."
Thomson claims she was the one assaulted during the incident at the rugby tournament.
She told the court she saw her sister being "cornered into a woodland area" by security staff.
Thomson said she was then "struck from behind" by a security officer and had her "arms pinned to her side".
She claimed she was "dragged across a rugby pitch" without warning.
The former beauty queen denied making any offensive remarks, insisting she only shouted for help.
Thomson also disputes having her 2022 Miss Scotland title revoked, claiming she willingly passed it on following the incident.
