Meghan Markle has revealed her children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, have very strong American accents.
The Duchess of Sussex will make an appearance on the Drew Barrymore talk show airing Thursday.
Meghan took part in Barrymore's "fast five" segment, answering quick questions about her family life.
During the interview, Meghan revealed her children have developed strong American accents.
However, she notes they occasionally use words with distinctly British pronunciations inherited from their father, Prince Harry.
Barrymore asked: "What's your favourite thing that you see in your kids that you go, ‘Oh, that's their dad' ?"
Meghan answered: "Oh, some of the words that they still say with a British accent.
"So they'll say, 'Zebra,' and what else do they say? They have these little moments where it comes out.
"They have very American accents, but they say words that are just like him, and I think it's adorable. Zebra is a good one."
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed Archie, now 5, whilst still living in the UK.
The couple relocated to California in 2020 and Princess Lilibet, now 3, was born in America after their move.
During the interivew, Meghan Markle also revealed her thoughtful approach to parenting whilst travelling away from her children.
