Netflix staff helping Meghan Markle launch her As Ever brand are already "over it" before sales even begin, an insider has claimed.

The Duchess of Sussex's Montecito start-up has reportedly proved to be a "logistical nightmare" behind the scenes.

Her lifestyle products, including jam, honey, herbal tea and crepes mix, are set to launch today.

People working on the retail project are said to be tired of the drama surrounding the project.

The brand was initially called American Riviera Orchard before a last-minute name change to As Ever, adding to the behind-the-scenes complications.

Netflix, the maker of her series With Love, Meghan, is the Duchess of Sussex's business partner for the venture.

The streaming giant will begin selling her lifestyle range inside two of America's mega-malls later this year.

"There is so much drama surrounding them once again that internally the team are over it before it's even launched", a source told the Mail.

The Duchess is said to be lining up her most famous friends to promote the products on social media.

"People will be posting their jars of jam - they've seeded it to lots of influencers to get it out there and to plaster social media with 'good vibes' on launch", the insider revealed.

Meghan has told potential buyers she hopes the items can "mimic the magic of Montecito in a way you can recreate at home".

"It's been a logistical nightmare and the buying team are having an issue as they can't work out what the demand will be, if any", the source continued.

Away from the social media buzz, there are still fears internally about whether Meghan's new brand will succeed.

Meghan, 43, has described the launch as a "pivotal moment" for her brand in a newsletter to potential customers.

The newsletter excitedly announced the rollout of her collection, which also includes a lemon ginger tea blend.

At the bottom of the email, Meghan provided links for fans so they could "follow the As Ever story".

However, fans noticed that the link to the As Ever Instagram account contained a spelling error - reading "@aseveroffical" instead of "@aseverofficial".

Despite the typo, when clicked, the link still directed followers to the correct page.

The same applied to the accompanying link to the Duchess's personal Instagram account, @meghan.
