Martina Navratilova has claimed Emma Raducanu's biggest 'question mark' is about her health following her recent run at the Miami Open.
The 22-year-old won four matches in the United States before losing to Jessica Pegula in the quarter-finals on Thursday.
It was Raducanu's deepest run at a WTA 1000 tournament since winning the US Open back in 2021, where she defied the odds to write her name into the history books.
Navratilova, speaking on Sky Sports, has hailed the tennis star for her recent form.
However, 68-year-old feels Raducanu's health is a 'question mark' given how she struggled with dizziness and feeling faint during her defeat to Pegula.
"It was amazing," she said. "The way she looked at the end of that second set, you think this match is over and somehow she won the set, she won the tie-break, and still competed in the third but she was not feeling well.
"I think the stress contributed to that because the weather was fine, it was cool, they finished after 11pm so the weather was [not a factor].
"The humidity takes it out of you a lot, but still - this was something more for Emma and it's just amazing that she finished the match."

She continued: "If she stays healthy and plays this well, then she'll be seeded at Roland Garros.
"I think she'll move up the ranking well enough into the top 30. The biggest question mark is her health."
Raducanu is currently looking for a permanent coach to replace Nick Cavaday, who stepped down from the role in January to focus on his health.
Nick Kyrgios made a point of praising the Briton, with the Australian famously choosing not to employ a coach during his professional career.

Navratilova, however, feels that's something Raducanu must address if she's to climb up the world rankings.
"Hopefully she can sort out her coaching situation because she's been in a state of flux," she continued.
"But I think she needs to commit to somebody and stay with them for a little bit, see how that works.
"If she played like she did against Pegula, then the sky's the limit."

Meanwhile, speaking after her defeat to Pegula, Raducanu admitted to struggling with her health in the match - while also expressing a belief the weather was behind her issues.
"I just felt really dizzy. I felt faint," she said.
"I don’t know, it was very humid out there and we have a long wait.
"So maybe just an accumulation, and just physical points as well and there were long rallies and heavy conditions.
"But….yeah, I don't know how I kind of regrouped in that second set, but in the third I definitely struggled a little bit.”
When asked what's next, she continued: "I’m not sure. I think I need to just take a beat and kind of just re-evaluate what I’m doing.
"This week it was good, but I need to just kind of figure things out and then I’ll make a plan from there.”
