Marks & Spencer has kicked off 2025 with the launch of four new nutrition-focused menu items across its café locations.

The high street retailer has introduced fresh additions aimed at health-conscious customers, including a gut-friendly breakfast bowl, a protein-rich omelette, a nutritious soup and a caffeine-free warming beverage, which all promise to be "fresh, vibrant and totally mouth-watering additions".

"Fuel up with the ultimate healthy pitstop at the M&S Café this year," the retailer announced on Instagram, highlighting its commitment to fresh, healthy offerings.

The new menu items form part of M&S's Eat Well range, featuring nutrient-rich ingredients and fresh produce.

Eat Well Sunshine Bowl

The Eat Well Sunshine Bowl features Good Gut Kefir Yoghurt topped with fresh mango and pineapple, accompanied by super-seeded wheat granola and finished with a passion fruit drizzle.

In its social media post, M&S highlighted that this breakfast option counts as one of your five-a-day, whilst also supporting gut health.

For those preferring savoury options, the Super Greens Omelette Bowl comes with an avocado, feta and grain salad, complemented by a creamy dressing.

"If you like your breakfasts fruity, our gut-friendly Eat Well Sunshine Bowl is filled with Good Gut Kefir Yoghurt," M&S told customers, emphasising the nutritious nature of their new breakfast offerings.

The Eat Well Loaded Tomato & Basil soup comes topped with pesto and crispy pitta chips, offering a warming, nutritious option for lunch.

To complement the new food items, M&S has introduced a caffeine-free Spiced Turmeric Latte to its beverage menu.

"Wash all of them down with our incredible caffeine-free Spiced Turmeric Latte, full of warming cinnamon, ginger and black pepper flavours and a touch of maple syrup," the retailer suggested.

The cosy drink combines traditional spices with a subtle sweetness, providing a healthy alternative to caffeinated beverages.

Several M&S customers took to social media to praise the new healthy options.

The comments section was flooded with commenters sharing heart-eye emojis accompanying compliments such as "Oh wow" and "Nice".
