Keir Starmer and Angela Rayner have launched Labour's local election campaign with a visit to the Midlands today.
The Prime Minister and his deputy are asking voters to "play their part in delivering the renewal the country needs" by backing Labour candidates in the 1 May polls.
Speaking at the launch, Keir Starmer said: "Only Labour will secure our borders. Put more cash in your pocket. Make your streets safer.
"Make sure your children have better opportunities. Cheaper energy in your home.
"An NHS that's fit for the future. Because that's the change that Labour makes. So bring change and vote labour or break your heart."
