Ben Cohen and Kristina Rihanoff have reportedly sold their family home for £1.75 million following their split earlier this month.
The couple, who were together for 12 years, parted ways amid mounting financial troubles reportedly totalling around £1 million in business debts.
Their relationship breakdown was confirmed in March after what friends described as "six months of hell" for the pair.
The five-bedroom property in Sywell, Northamptonshire, was initially put on the market in September last year, and has now been sold, MailOnline reports.
The couple purchased the home in 2016 for £950,000, making a profit of £800,000 on the sale.
The spacious family home features a large kitchen with granite worktops, a home gym, and extensive grounds including a forest area with a zipline and treehouse.
Financial troubles have been cited as the primary reason for the couple's split, with a friend telling The Sun: "The financial problems Kristina and Ben were facing pushed them to the brink."
The pair had invested heavily in their wellness businesses before the Covid pandemic struck.
"We invested everything we've ever had," Kristina previously told the Daily Mail about their business ventures.

Their business Soo Yoga Group was £488,470 in debt according to the last submitted accounts.
Another of their fitness firms, Yoga Wellbeing Limited, has debts of £63,000. Beyond Wellbeing was dissolved in 2022 with debts of £22,000.
Cohen also resigned from web firm Silicon Networks, now in liquidation with debts of £275,000.
The couple met on Strictly Come Dancing in 2013, when Cohen was still married to his childhood sweetheart Abby.
After the show, he left his wife of 13 years, with whom he shared twin daughters, for the Russian dancer.
Abby later told The Sun: "My husband, who I was with for 23 years, unconditionally loved and was completely loyal to in every respect, has left me for a f***ing Russian dancer."
The extent of the couple's recent financial struggles became public during a court appearance last September when Rihanoff was caught driving without insurance.
Cohen took to the stand and became emotional, telling the court: "I get up every day and I fight not to lose everything - to lose my cars and my house and my relationship. I'm so overdrawn."
Rihanoff was spared a driving ban due to "exceptional hardship".
The couple share an eight-year-old daughter, Mila, born in 2016. They had become engaged in the Maldives in 2022, with plans to marry in Tuscany or Oxfordshire.
As recently as February 2024, Cohen had told Jeremy Vine they planned to "marry in secret" once their business troubles were resolved.
Sadly, these wedding plans never materialised as their relationship deteriorated.
Following the split announcement, a friend told the Daily Mail: "The past six months have been hell for them and it has torn the love they had apart."
"There is only so much one couple can take," another friend explained to The Sun.
GB News has contacted Cohen and Rihanoff's representatives for a comment.
