News Aldi extends protein range for customers with prices starting from just 75p

Aldi has expanded its high protein range for January 2025 following high demand for the range last year.

New additions to the range include High Protein Chocolate Ball Yoghurts and Protein Soups, alongside returning customer favourites, all available in stores now.



The new Brooklea Protein Chocolate Balls Topper, priced at £1.39, comes in two varieties.

Customers have the choice of Vanilla Yoghurt with Milk Chocolate Cereal Balls and Strawberry Yoghurt with White Chocolate Cereal Balls, offering 30g of protein per pot.

Aldi's Brooklea Protein Yoghurt, is available at 75p for 200g, comes in strawberry, peach & passionfruit and raspberry flavours.

For those seeking warming options, the supermarket has released a new Health Immunity Support and Protein Soups are available at £1.99 for 600g, featuring three varieties including high protein Chicken & Mixed Bean.

The range also includes protein-rich drinks, with the Brooklea Protein Yoghurt Drink priced at £1.25, available in Strawberry and Mango flavours.

Customers who are seeking something sweeter can opt for Aldi's Dessert Menu Protein Pancakes at £1.99, offering 20g of protein per pack and suitable for both hot and cold consumption. A new Cocoa flavour variant of the protein pancakes is set to launch in February 2025.



The supermarket has also brought back the popular Brooklea High Protein White Chocolate Mousse, priced at £1.29 for 200g.

Other options include Aldi's Brooklea Protein Granola Pot is available at £1.29 and offers two flavour choices: Strawberry with Seeded Granola and Vanilla with Berry Granola. The supermarket is also releasing a vegan option with the No Chicken & Black Pepper Sausages and Salt & Pepper No Chicken Kebabs, both priced at £1.99.

The supermarket's High Protein Noodle Pot has returned to shelves at 99p, offering a quick protein-rich meal option with curry flavour.

The range would be favourable for those trying to adopt a protein-rich diet which was recently revealed to be a good source for weight loss.

The supermarket is also releasing a new immunity-supporting soup range that includes vegan Broccoli, Pea & Kale soup with Vitamin A, and a Tomato and Red Pepper variant containing two of your five a day.

All soups in the range are low in fat, providing customers with nutritious warming options for the winter months.

The discount retailer has seen a 14 per cent year-on-year increase in sales for its protein yoghurts and desserts, which has prompted the significant expansion of its protein-focused offerings.

The supermarket is expecting to sell over 1.7 million protein yoghurt pots in January alone.
