GB News star Patrick Christys did not hold back in a furious tirade against British Airways after the airline caused him to arrive four hours late to a close friend’s wedding.
After a week hitting the slopes in the Alps in the spring sunshine, Patrick headed back to Britain assuming he would arrive in good time for the occasion.
But the airline had other ideas as Patrick detailed a horrific episode which left him and wife and fellow GB News star Emily Carver in a state of intense frustration.
He was reacting to a viral clip of a furious passenger who trashed Dublin Airport after missing his flight.
“That is how I felt when British Airways on Saturday delivered a plane an hour and a half late, failed to board us on time, then landed me at the wrong airport”, he said.
“They landed us at Stansted rather than City of London. I was four and a bit hours late to a very good friend’s wedding because of that.

“British Airways didn’t even clean the toilets out. They had two overflowing toilets on the plane.
“The only thing they gave us to eat was a Nutri-Grain bar. British Airways is an absolute disgrace. They’re a shocker. They’re a budget airline.
“They are not fit to fly the flag of this country.”
It’s not the first time Patrick has suffered at the hands of BA, as he told GB News his previous flight on the airline saw them run out of sandwiches before they got half way down the plane.
“When you try to contact their customer services line you just hear a robot that tells you nobody can take your call and then they hang up”, he said.
“It used to have prestige and class...now it's a terrible, unreliable, dirty budget airline.”
Speaking earlier in the week, Patrick spoke about being grateful to get away from Blighty for a short while.
He posted on X: "Away for the week - feeling very lucky to be able to get away from all the madness for a few days!
"Hopefully I’ll be back on your screens on Monday, assuming I don’t break every bone in my body trying to keep up with @CarverEmily on the slopes!"
Patrick was speaking about a clip of a man who was arrested at Dublin airport on Monday after being filmed throwing furniture around the terminal in a rage.
The topless man wore a face covering while pacing around Terminal 1 launching items back and forth in front of bemused passengers.
It was later confirmed that a passenger had been arrested after causing ‘significant damage’ to the airport.
Planes were packed at Dublin airport on the day as many travelled to celebrate St Patrick’s Day.
GB News has approached British Airways for comment.
